Congratulations to Band members Nathan Hunsinger, Breanna Burd, and Emma Rosko who were selected to represent Southern Columbia Area at the 2018 Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 8 Band Festival held at Mansfield University. The talented musicians were selected to District Band after completing a successful audition for this honor. In addition to earning District Band status, Nathan and Emma were selected to perform in the PMEA  Region Band Festival after placing at Districts.  The  annual festivals, and the students who perform in them, are evidence that quality music education, learning, and performance is alive and well in the region's schools and communities!
