Each year, any high school student in the Benton, Berwick, Bloomsburg, Central Columbia, Danville, Southern Columbia and Millville school districts who is "a member in good standing in their district’s choral program" is permitted to audition for the Columbia-Montour High School County Chorus. From this large pool of choral musicans, a select number are chosen to perform. Congratulations are extended to the following Southern Columbia students who performed in this year's County Chorus hosted by the Millville School District: (pictured from left to right) Zach Honabach, Sheila Brassard, Jake Stahley, Emma Steely, Gabby Kaminski, Franklin Brassard, Mikaela Brouse, and Seth Barrett.  Additional congrats are extended to Zach, Sheila, Jake, Emma, Franklin, Mikaela, and Seth who were selected to perform at the PMEA District 8 Chorus Festival! The District 8 Chorus is an auditioned choir comprised of approximately 144-200 singers from the 43 districts in District 8. This year's District Chorus Festival will be hosted by the Milton School District, January 25-27, 2018.
