Do you have a desire to make a difference in the lives of children?  The Southern Columbia Area School District is looking for  individuals to work as paraprofessionals in various settings in the Elementary School. What do you need? Completed at least 2 years of postsecondary study; Possess an associate degree or higher or; Work with the District to obtain your highly qualified status through the state of Pennsylvania.

Southern Columbia is engaged in a yearlong initiative to Soar into Space in hopes of being chosen as a downlink site for a live feed emanating from the International Space Station. If chosen, students and staff will be afforeded the unique opportunity to speak with the astronauts currently on the space station sometime in spring 2020.
