Registration and paperwork for fall sports are due prior to the first day of practice.  If your child is playing a fall sport and you have not yet registered your child through FamilyID, please do so immediately.  Family ID can be accessed through the District's Athletic webpage by clicking on Sports Registration.  The required paperwork can be mailed to the Athletic Trainer, Tim Jurnak at the High School's address or if you would like to hand deliver it personally, Mr. Jurnak will be on campus for football August 8th through August 12th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Failure to comply with the registration and paperwork requirements could prevent your child from participating in the first day of fall practice.
