Once again the SCA Relay for Life Committee did an outstanding job providing opportunities for all stakeholders, young and old, to engage in the fight to end cancer. The day-long, SCA Relay for Life program held on the campus of the School District, was filled with a variety of events which gave school and community members opportunities to celebrate people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and to learn about ways to fight back against a disease that has taken far too many lives. In addition to the money it raises to fight against cancer, the annual Relay for Event also brings cancer education and community service to the classroom in a fun and exciting way. Many thanks to the SCA Relay for Life Committee for their dedicated service and community involvement.
