Southern Columbia Area High School is participating in this year's Scholastic Scrimmage, an academic quiz show featuring top high school students from northeastern Pennsylvania. Contestants try to answer questions more quickly than members of the opposite team. The questions are challenging and cover all academic disciplines. Southern's team of scholars made an impressive showing in their debut, winning their opening match. Congratulations to our students and advisor for their involvement in this worthy endeavor! Members of the Southern Columbia Area Scholastic Scrimmage team are Cody Olson, Sunny Sen, Justin Ernest, Lauren Kerstetter (all seniors) Thomas Marinelli and Brady Petrovich (both juniors). Advisor is Mrs. Shannon Jeffrey.
