Free sports physicals for students entering grades 7 through 12 for the 2015-2016, school year, interested in playing interscholastic sports, will be offered on Thursday, June 18th, from 2:45 PM until 8:00 PM in the High School training room. Physicals are by appointment only.  Parents can schedule an appointment by clicking on the Sports Physicals link on the Athletics webpage.   Appointments can also be scheduled by calling Athletic Trainer Mrs. Katie Fisher at (570) 356-3529 or by e-mailing her at Students will need to pick up a packet of paperwork for their parent or guardian to complete.  All papers must be completed and signed prior to receiving a physical. Packets are available at the Middle and High School Offices and outside the Athletic Training Room beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2015. 
Parents are free to schedule physicals on their own, however in order for the physical to be valid for the 2015-2016, school year, the physical must be conducted no earlier than June 1, 2015.   Please refer to the Athletic Handbook for more information.
