Students ages 11 and older are invited to attend the Hunter Safety Course to be held today and Thursday in the Middle School Cafe'. Adults are welcome to enroll too! Each session will run from 3:15-6:15 PM.  Parents/adults who wish to attend may enter the classroom area by using the outside CafĂ© door located near the Middle School Office; that is also where they should pick up students after class.  There is no fee to take the course and its completion is required in order to purchase a PA Hunting License. All Hunter Safety students must pre-register for the course by going to the PA Game Commission web site and then searching under "Education" for the Southern Columbia Area course. Click here for a direct link to the Southern Columbia course site.  Students having trouble registering can contact either Mr. Mike Williams or School Police Officer Clay Fahringer. Officer Fahringer will be one of the course instructors.
