Mon, 07/25/2016 - Fri, 07/29/2016

The Southern Columbia School District is offering an opportunity for tutoring sessions to be held on the week of July 25th-29th (July 21st & 22nd had also been available), from 8:30 am - 11:30 am, for qualifying students whose “best” score is non-proficient on one or more of the 2016 Spring Keystone Exams.  If you decide to take advantage of this opportunity to retest, it is your responsibility to study and prepare for the retesting. Teachers will be on hand to help prepare you to retest, and will also share some useful online tools, resources, or textbooks. All students who are retaking an exam MUST check in with a tutor at least 2 of the 7 days. You do not have to stay the entire 3 hours and you can come all 7 days if needed! Using your Spring testing results, tutors will outline specific skills for which you should concentrate your studying efforts, as well as provide 1:1 tutoring. If you don’t have internet access at home, you can simply come to school to work during the tutoring hours in the HS Library.
Contact the High School office at 570-356-3450 if you have an questions.

We are here to do whatever we can to assist, and wish you luck in passing your Keystone Exam!
