SCA Students and Staff Help Brighten the Holidays for those Less Fortunate

Southern Columbia Area's students and staff recently spearheaded a number of initiatives intended to brighten the holidays for those who are less fortunate. Among them were Angel Tree programs held in G.C.

STATE CHAMPIONS!

Congratulations to the Tiger Football Team- 2015 PIAA Class AA Champions! Winning the State Championship capped a remarkable year of football for the Tigers who earned high marks on and off the field. The Tigers ended the season a perfect 16 and 0.

Television, Radio, and Streaming Options for Today's Game

If you can't make it to Hersheypark Stadium for today's State Title game you can still follow and root for the Tigers in a variety of ways. Today's game will be televised on PCN TV which is available on most Pennsylvania cable tv systems. You can also watch the game online through PCN Select however a daily subscription fee of $9.99 must be paid to access its programming.

Pep Rally Shows Tremendous Support for the Tiger Football Team

An exciting pep rally was held today to honor the Tiger Football Team who will be playing for the Class AA State Championship tomorrow afternoon. Students from Kindergarten through Twelvth Grade, and SCA's staff, showed their spirit and support of the team by offering a steady stream of cheers throughout the rally! A community pep rally will be held this evening at the Ralpho Township Gym beginning at 7:00 PM.

Holiday Concerts Inspire Christmas Spirit!

Southern Columbia Area's Music Department has helped usher in the holiday season through their expert performance of seasonal tunes at the District's annual Chorus and Band holiday concerts. The students' performances are earning rave reviews while helping inspire the Christmas spirit of those in attendance.

Fullington Donates Bus Service to State Game!

The Tiger Football Team will be traveling to the State Championship game in style thanks to the Fullington School Bus, LLC. Owner Michael Fullington recently announced that his company will be transporting our team to Hershey, free of charge, using vehicles in their fleet of deluxe motorcoaches. Many thanks to Mr. Fullington and other Fullington officials and staff for their "team spirit" and very generous offer and support of SCA's students!

 

Tigers to Compete for State Championship!

Good luck to the Tiger Football Team in this afternoon's Class AA State Championship Football game against Aliquippa Senior High School. The game will be played at HERSHEYPARK Stadium with kickoff set for 12 noon. Go Tigers!

Advance Tickets for State Championship Game Now on Sale!

Advance tickets for Saturday's State Championship Football game are on sale in the High School Office. Tickets are $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for students. All tickets sold at the gate will be $8.00. The advance ticket sale will end at noon on Friday. Go Tigers!

Tigers Crowned PIAA Class AA Eastern Champs!

Congratulations to the Tiger Football Team on capturing the PIAA AA Eastern Championship! The workmanlike Tigers earned a hard fought 34-19 victory over West Catholic Prep and will now move on to the State Finals against Aliquippa.The Class AA State Championship game will be played Saturday in Hershey with kickoff at 12 noon.

Covers for Kids Campaign Will End Today
