SCASD Proposed Final Budget
The 2023-2024 Proposed Final Budget was approved on April 17th, 2023, at a 2.0% Index.
- The budget includes a proposed millage increase from the 2022-2023 year of
- Columbia County 53.19 mills to 54.37 mills
- Northumberland County 70.62 mills to 71.80 mills
- The figures above will need to be recalculated once the district receives state tax relief for Homestead/Farmstead.
- The total estimated revenues and other sources included are $24,866,460.
- All school district positions are included in the budget.
- The total budgeted expenses are $25,043,171.
- The budget has a deficit of ($176,711). That amount would be paid out of the District's Fund Balance for the 2023-2024 school year.
