Just as Middle School students did last week, High School students practiced "Stop The Bleed" techniques with emergency personnel from the Elysburg Fire Department on Thursday afternoon. Hands-on work was preceded by a morning presentation on identifying and caring for life-threatening bleeds prior to the arrival of highly qualified medical personnel at the scene of an injury.
