Dylan Kramer won the 2022 First Columbia Bank Teen Star competition this past Sunday at Bloomsburg University's Mitrani Hall. Dylan competed with 12 other local finalists that included 3 more additional Southern Columbia Area students. The other SCA finalists included senior Riley Reed who finished in the top four and seniors Lauren Smith and Abigail Knoebel. Great work.
