Nate Gallagher reached a major milestone last night, scoring his 1,000th career point for the Southern Columbia boys basketball team.

The Tigers followed the achievement with a statement win, defeating Shamokin 69–58 in the PHAC semifinals. The victory sends the Tigers to their first-ever PHAC Championship appearance.

The Tigers (18–5) will face Lewisburg in tonight’s championship game. Tip is set for 7:30 p.m. at Shikellamy High School.
