Candidates must be knowledgeable in budgeting, purchasing, menu planning, meal preparation, serving, and health and safety standards. A Bachelor's degree in food and nutrition , food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, or business strongly preferred.
