Would you like to serve your school district and community as a School Director? Four of the current Board Members' terms are expiring in November. Petitions may be picked up at the Columbia
County Board of Elections Office (11 West Main St., Bloomsburg - the big
building to the right of the Court House). Signed petitions must be returned by March 7th in order to have your
name on the ballot for the Primary Election.
If you are
cross-filing, a member of the opposite party will need to circulate that
petition on your behalf.
All petitions must be picked up from Columbia County (even if you reside in Northumberland County) based on the school's physical location. The Court House hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
