Varsity XC: We will be leaving the school at 8:00am tomorrow for the PHAC League Championships at Shikellamy HS. Race time is 10am for Varsity Boys and 10:45am for Varsity Girls.

Ben Gehret reached a major milestone last night, scoring his 50th career goal in dramatic fashion to lead Southern Columbia to a thrilling 2-1 victory over Warrior Run. The historic goal came on a go-ahead penalty kick late in the second half. With the win, the Tigers improved their season record to 9-4-1, continuing their strong push toward postseason play. Congratulations to Ben on this incredible achievement and to the entire team for a hard-fought victory! 🐅⚽

Jr High XC: We will be meeting at the school for an 8am departure time for our race at Lewisburg. Jr High Boys run at 10am followed by Jr High Girls @ 10:45am. Award presentation is at 11:30am for the top 25 runners in each race.

Cookie dough fundraiser is getting handed out today after practice. This time, proceeds will go toward buying new tents for the Team —something that will benefit both our Cross Country runners and our upcoming Track athletes in the spring.
