Our three swimmers, Audrey Reuter, Callie Maclay, and Grayson Reck, put up a great showing for Bloomsburg tonight at the District IV swimming championships. Reuter placed 7th in the 200-yard freestyle, while Maclay placed 10th in the 200 individual medley. Both Reuter and Maclay were part of Bloomsburg’s 5th place 200-yard medley relay, and Maclay raced on the 200-yard freestyle relay which placed 2nd. Reck is the District IV champion in the 50-yard freestyle, winning the event in 22.42 seconds. He helped the Panthers secure 2nd place in the 200-yard medley relay, and 3rd place in the 200-yard freestyle relay. Reck advances to the PIAA State Championship meet, held at Bucknell University on March 16-17.
