Wrestling: Reminder that the lifting schedule changes this week! We will go Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am. I will also be opening the weight room in the afternoon this week Tuesday & Wednesday 4-5pm. We also will have open mat this Tuesday at 5pm!!

Wrestling: help carry bags in & thank everyone for their support. If wrestlers would like to help with the event afterwards, we'd appreciate it as well but it's not mandatory. Thanks everyone in advance! This is a huge fundraiser for us to get us everything to have a successful year!
Wrestling: we also have our first annual golf tournament Saturday June 14th. We got a great turnout for teams and will need about 10 parents to volunteer to work side games for it. Please reach out if you will help! We would like ALL wrestlers to work it from 7:45am-9am to help...
Wrestling: we have some important info so please read! Lifting will remain Tuesday & Thursday this week from 3 till 4. Next week we will be switching to 3 days a week: Mon, Wed, Thurs in the mornings. We will also open the weight room multiple times in the afternoon but days will vary
